Thankful Rundown
I’m thankful for all the blessings the Lord has sent into my life this year-
I’m thankful for my loving family, who keep me strong and let me be who I am.
I’m thankful for my sister, who is always going to be my best friend.
I’m thankful for my man, who has captured my heart and leaves me with an endless smile. (& his family!)
I’m thankful for my friends, who are very far away and those close by.
I’m thankful for those who believe in my talents and trust me with their special projects.
& I’m thankful that I finally got to go to a winning Chargers game, Go Bolts!

contusion
A contusion is a bruise. A contusion occurs when a body part if struck forcefully causing injury and breaking of small capillaries, which are tiny blood vessels. When capillaries break, bleeding occurs into the area and can cause reddish, purple or even black-and-blue discoloration of the skin. The area may remain painful for the next few days while the healing process occurs.
